Top Notch Customer Support I've tried a LOT of different hosts for 7d2d over the years, but prior to trying out BlueFangSolutions, I had not found any that really lived up to their customer support claims. Their layout may be overwhelming at first to someone used to a simpler control panel, but their Support reps are very helpful in giving you the assistance you need to get things up and running. The price is also pretty competitive. No complaints here.

And their support chat? Let me just say being a first time server owner I felt BAD for the amount of questions and help I needed especially with navigating the server documents for mods and other things, and these guys went above and beyond explaining things and helping me out with everything. Extremely patient and understanding, and willing to make sure I understood how things worked. New or experienced with servers, i cannot recommend them enough!

Several Servers over the last 2 years We have had several servers with BlueFang including Minecraft, ARK, Life is Feudal, and 7 Days to Die. Tech support has been great with Live Help and Support tickets, they are fast to respond and are good about giving detailed directions on tweaking your server selections. Very happy!
