GBFantastic Stable, great ping, great people in the chat available for questions. I have never had such good ping on a dedicated server I have rented. Easy to manage console for stopping/starting. FTP access to backup files I need. I was comfortable editing some files in command line and the text editors. They even offer to install mods for you when you purchase the server. Price is reasonable. Very satisfied and very happy I went with Blue Fang.

CAGood for non modded servers Changing my review Pros Very fast support when live support is active. Access to your server files so you can make changes Server is very stable and live support is very helpful and friendly Small mods work through their panel uploader (No bigger then 1 GB) Cons Whenever you upload files via filezilla (Files over 1gb cus you cant upload them on their panel) they corrupt because the windows on their machine flags them everytime. Live support isn't always active during key times during daylight hours so if you corrupt your files your server is down till further notice. Tickets take too long to get seen for small issues. I am using them for a modded conan server I recommend using them if you don't plan on changing your server files or modding with large mods often since they don't have auto mod updaters and files corrupt too often to make it worth the wait and price.

GBBlatant bait and switch tactics Blatant bait and switch tactics. They sold a server that they didn't have the appropriate hardware for. They admitted this in the service tickets and they suggested I lower the playercount for the server or pay 3x more for a dedicated box. I said I wanted a refund, they declined. Hoping a charge back will go through as they are operating very unethically. EDIT: Upon seeing that I filed a dispute with paypal and gave them poor reviews, they cancelled my account and took all the funds associated with my purchase. I have filed a complaint to the FTC as well as the BBB. EDIT 2: To their response: Their representative acknowledged that the hardware they were hosting on was insufficient to host an 80 player server. They are the ones responsible for delivering the service, not the game developers.

GBThese guys really are a cut above the rest… These guys really are a cut above the other server services I have used in the past. Excellent service, excellent systems, integrated FTP, the whole nine yards. The new standard by which all others will be judged in the future! Side note: Brad was the technician assisting me and was excellent in every regard. Really knows his stuff with servers, and the modding community as a whole. Will definitely keep bringing my business here. 5 starts our of 5 stars! Thanks Brad, and all of BlueFang! Eric

GBI'm only on day 2 of using the service… I'm only on day 2 of using the service and will update if my experience changes. Customers support is 10/10 they have been super helpful. We are running a 7 Days to Die Modded server (Supported by Blue Fang) and the mod that they installed didn't work the first 2 times but they did finally get it working for us. I'd say 10/10 customer service 4/5 due to the fact that a "Supported mod" didn't install correctly twice.
