This review is really just my positive… This review is really just my positive experience again. I'm sorry for posting this larger than needed post but i wanted to share my experience. Long story short, i ordered something almost insignificant and got the key but it was a bad key, opened a ticket and we agreed to refund the bad order and i ordered something else and that was a success at the first try. Thanks to HRK, love you again :)

Great customer service when you need it! I've ordered games many times on this site without issue. Most recently I had an order that was totally borked, however customer service was excellent over email and chat. Everything was completely resolved in less than 24 hours. Others seem to have had similar experiences. Trust that your money is safe with this site even when things go wrong (and like I said 90% of the time things were fine).

Good prices, always reliable, top service. Easypeasy, some of the cheapest prices out there. Delivery lightning fast, very streamlined process and no funny fees when using the website's wallet. Had a problem once but the support immediately fixed it and can't complain at all. Awesome.

Very good service Very good service, I bought 3 games, one of them The Quarry, and also Indivisible, all the keys were activated without problems. An excellent site for buying games, prices are lower than in many other stores, I will definitely use it in the future, the only downsides I can mention is that there is a rather long (3-4 minutes) wait for the key to be delivered, as well as the fact that you cannot sort games in the search engine by price. But otherwise no complaints.

HRK Was DEFINITELY worth the wait! Game key purchasers...don't hesitate to create an account! Recently, I was finally accepted to be able to create an account and purchase keys from HRK! I had trouble fitting in my ID, Headshot, Payment Info (with important information blacked out) into one selfie but finally we made it work. I really like that they take their security process so seriously because it shows they care who their customers are and take extra steps to make sure they are credible individuals. I've made a few purchases since then. I had a minor issue after paying for a game where it sent me to an error page saying the purchase did not go through and I should try clearing my browser cache and cookies. I did that but it didn't work. I tried again and changed my payment method to the debit card I had to show (again, with important info blacked out) when creating my account, and the purchase went straight through. That was kind of a "duh" moment for me. Game KEY was immediately sent to me, no issues with adding it to my Steam library, and I got it at an AMAZING price. Looking forward to doing more business with HRK. I'd definitely recommend it to my friends and other key site enthusiasts!
