HRK Was DEFINITELY worth the wait! Game key purchasers...don't hesitate to create an account! Recently, I was finally accepted to be able to create an account and purchase keys from HRK! I had trouble fitting in my ID, Headshot, Payment Info (with important information blacked out) into one selfie but finally we made it work. I really like that they take their security process so seriously because it shows they care who their customers are and take extra steps to make sure they are credible individuals. I've made a few purchases since then. I had a minor issue after paying for a game where it sent me to an error page saying the purchase did not go through and I should try clearing my browser cache and cookies. I did that but it didn't work. I tried again and changed my payment method to the debit card I had to show (again, with important info blacked out) when creating my account, and the purchase went straight through. That was kind of a "duh" moment for me. Game KEY was immediately sent to me, no issues with adding it to my Steam library, and I got it at an AMAZING price. Looking forward to doing more business with HRK. I'd definitely recommend it to my friends and other key site enthusiasts!

Slow and unresponsive Pre-orderd "Manor Lords" from hrkgame.com and thought Id get the code about 15 min after game were released.. Not even close... Its passed 2 hours and still nothing from HRK. Ive sent them a message from their website but they dont even respond. Its not even worth to pre-order from this site due the price difference was 1.50 Euro (!) Ive asked for full refund and I´ll update here on trustpilot.com to let you know the outcome. UPDATE!! 26/4 2024 18:56 I just recieved an email from hrk.com support where theyve claimed that theyve issued a full refund to my PayPal account and that I should have the money back within 10 days (faster if credit card via PayPal were used) Im glad that hrkgame.com reached out that fast and gave my money back If it werent for the waiting of the code, Id give 5 stars, but I dont understand why we have to wait several hours after game releases?
