GBServerBlend are a fantastic host who… ServerBlend are a fantastic host who treat you like a human being and understand that different clients have different needs. We have some fairly complex requirements and they have helped along every step of the way. I simply couldn't recommend another host more and we've been with a fair few over the last year. If you are looking for a game server host I'm confident it won't matter what game you choose ServerBlend will have your back.

GBWhen starting a Conan Exiles server When starting a Conan Exiles server, we decided to go with Serverblend. This however, ended in a tragedy when our server seemed to be down for more than a week after us spending hours upon hours trying to ready our server for the general public. During the time that the server was down, ServerBlend stated that there was a corruption in our server, and thus they simply deleted it. When they deleted it, they deleted all of our hard work that we had poured into the server to try and get it up and running, without them even asking as if we wanted to save it or have a backup of it. This company doesn't understand how customer service works, and also doesn't care to make sure that there isn't anything more they could have done.

CAExcellent services Excellent services! Absolutely recommended. Easy, fast server setup. There are a few options not working properly for ark, but not a big deal. Some learning curve is required as things may not be as obvious. However, once I got the hang of it, it immediately became the best server management I've used. So far this is the 3rd company if used for servers and I don't think I'll change it. Thank you for your services!

GBPrivate Rust Server I got a private rust server so I could learn the game an not have to worry about pvp. The process of setting up the server was super easy even I could follow with no previous experience. Unfortunately I was unable to keep my server due to connectivity issues. I reached out to customer support an recieved a response within minutes. When my network issues get resolved I plan on getting another server. Amazing company 10/10.

GBPoor customer support for non-premium servers I run a few Arma 3 communities for friends and myself. In the past 2 years I've worked with ServerBlend, today was the first time I've had to cancel an existing server subscription due to poor quality of service and support. Reason for cancellation: Poor customer support, inability to actually use the server with custom mods despite troubleshooting and using Command Line/Mod Manager, etc. Customer support reps were also unhelpful with troubleshooting. One of my community members who submitted a support ticket slightly misspelled the email registered with the server - so they got vague answers or straight up the rep just said they couldn't offer in-depth assistance because the misspelled email didn't show up in the system. After troubleshooting for about a week, Customer Support offered vague solutions instead of directly fixing the problems with the server files; they eventually performed server maintenance and a server restart after I had stated that I intend to issue a refund. Then when maintenance was done, the server had even more new issues unrelated to the original problems. Issues stemming from different causes such as default.cfg files being altered by the server restart. New problems on top of existing server issues with proper mod downloads. Waste of our time and money.
