Purchased the fully loaded Nvidia… Purchased the fully loaded Nvidia shield. The original power ac adapter was not included instead their was a third party usb c which didn’t not power the Retro drive unit at all. I contacted the retrodrivehelp which they did respond and they said they were going to resolve the issue by first shipping a new power adapter and as last resort replace the unit if problem persists.

Bought the deluxe version and it's… Bought the deluxe version and it's great! My only gripe is that some N64 games glitch out. The old classics and finding "new" old games is great! Commodore, Colecovision, and Nintendo DS don't work. Kinda bummed because I was "really" looking forward to playing "Chuck Norris Superkicks". Ah well back to cursing about Battletoads...f***ing Battletoads.

For the most part I'm satisfied with… For the most part I'm satisfied with what I got although the Dreamcast games are pretty much unplayable as either it's really slow or won't even start. The only major issue I had was how long it took to arrive even with using priority mailing. I would get the initial email stating it's waiting to be received at the mail office but then I won't hear anything for weeks even after had sent multiple emails for a status update.

Great but Customer Service needs work The product itself is absolutely amazing. I really missed playing these old games that I used to play all the time when I was growing up. The ONLY reason this isn't getting 5 stars is they could use some work on their customer service. Been trying to figure out how to get the Dreamcast games to work and still haven't heard any feedback. Otherwise, great product.

Took 15 days never received my item. It's been 15 days since Retro Drive hasn't shipped out my item so I decide to cancel my item and refund my money back with PayPal. I'm so very disappointed with Retro Drive for taking too long and I never receive it on time for Christmas time. I hope never to trust any website like Retro Drive or any other. I always count on Ebay or Amazon which they shipped my item in 2 days I received it in time for Christmas and paid $95 vs $315 with Retro Drive.
