I still have not received my order that… I still have not received my order that I placed on 12/13/20. Today is 1/05/21. The site stated upon ordering “all orders ship next day” I have received a tracking number but it says “shipping label created, awaiting package” I have sent numerous messages & emails with no response. This is unacceptable to me. I am very dissatisfied

Happy but one thing is wrong I like the game system but the Pokémon puzzle league on Nintendo 64 does not work. I launched it and it would never launch… I never had a problem with any of the other games so far….

Thank you for your help! I had some issues with delays, not receiving a controller and being able to play playstation games. Overall the product is great and fun to play. I would like to thank customer service (Aimee) with helping me out with my issues. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a great product.
