Awesome game. Different from anything else. Man this game is crazy! Very realistic. Keeps you guessing. And makes you feel like you're actually there, investigating what is happening. Can't wait to see how it turns out.

Customer service is non-existent I have waited 2 days and still no response from the company to resolve the account / subscription problems I encountered with my initial enrollment. They’ve taken my money, but I have no subscription. I am now concerned this company is a scam.

Absolutely love the storyline Absolutely love the storyline! I am impatiently waiting on Episode 2. If you love an immersive apocalyptic mystery that only you can solve with the right tools then this box is for you. The company is amazing, shipping is fast and if you get stuck or have questions there's a online community ready to help out. However, it can be very addictive and watch out for the rabbit holes!!

Having done Hunt A Killer and Empty… Having done Hunt A Killer and Empty Faces I was excited when this new series came and I have not been disappointed. Totally enjoyed it and can't wait for the next series

Tedious and Time Consuming We are avid players of escape rooms and this was not for us. You are given so many papers and things to read and have very few "wins" in the first thirty minutes to hour. We actually got so overwhelmed and bored that we went to the walkthrough and just read through it to see what they wanted us to do - most were a really far reach that we would have never solved on our own. For me, this feels like work and not fun. I imagine that if you love puzzle hunts, and puzzles, and video games you might enjoy this, but if you like escape rooms, the quick wins and the time constraint, you might find this tedious. On the plus side, their print materials were were well done and the website you interact with feels very polished. We just hated their game design.
