I ordered an item from mod3dscard I ordered an item from mod3dscard, and while waiting for delivery I discovered a different, better and cheaper solution so I went with that instead. I wrote to Mod3dscard and asked for a return adress for my package and was asked to wait a couple of days so they could send me the adress (this felt kinda weird). This is 2 weeks ago, I have since then asked again, after which they asked me what country I am in, which they could've read on my order... And then they AGAIN asked me to wait. Now I am still awaiting the return adress, which seems really unprofessional seing that they just need to send me an adress for one of their own warehouses. Edit: I have now been told the reason for the wait, which I think they should have told me from the start, but I will leave this review here because I feel they can improve upon their employee --> Customer communication skills.

I ordered from this website on the 8th… I ordered from this website on the 8th of August and I received my product on the 15th of August in Sweden. The service and chat is always available and ready to answer questions about shipment and the products. I recommend this shop!

No info on my payment or if order was processed I have ordered an SX Pro Kit and after a few days I couldnt get the site to load and I dont know the status of my order. Tried many times trying to access the site and it's still down. I dont know if the payment was processed or not. If it's been shipped? Nothing.

Extremely Customer Friendly I live in India and shipping to India isn't easy because FedEX or DHL don't service us here and the Indian post is very slow in clearing parcels. Anyway, I go for expedited shipping and it's still slow. 3 weeks passed and the card still hadn't arrived. I was moving countries, so I asked the admin at Mod 3DS Card to reship my card to my new address in Germany. So they took the trouble to recall the card, and I just got it. Works perfectly and kudos to the team at Mod 3DS Card for being so customer friendly :-)
