Pre-ordered a Scalextric car from… Pre-ordered a Scalextric car from Canada. It was shipped promptly after it was officially released and arrived in perfect condition - well packaged, safe and sound.

no after service for broken item ordered 2 things . 1 was great . other was broken. they dont answer phone and take ages to reply to emails so theyre ok if you dont have a problem-but if you do like me,i will have to take other action to recover my 150£ . shame . there was more stuff i want to order too but dare not.

Absolutely abysmal Ordered several items over a month ago- still not delivered. Communication from this company ended after I got an email saying ' I've never had a parcel go missing'. Will not answer 'phones, or respond to emails. Trading Standards now informed. 2nd order also not arrived- made a claim with paypal. Without prejudice, definitely one to avoid at all costs.
