WORST AFTER SERVICE AND CARE i have ever had bought a slot it Maserati from them via the net. turned up with lots of the decals bubbling and peeling off. Firstly i would of thought they had checked the item before sending it out, like other model shops do. Secondly i contacted to explain the state of the ''new'' car had turned up in. Had no apology apart from a 'oh thats not good' then followed by ' return it to me and i will swap it over'. i asked for a pre paid slip to send item back and they refused saying that it was a manufactures fault. i agreed it was a manufactures fault and then explained as simply as i could that i am not the manufacture i am the customer, so why am i having to pay for postage back ? emails went back and fourth with same content and eventually i had to get paypal involved to then take over the dispute of which they did and then PayPal forced them to take whole order i back. PayPal reimbursed me the postage cost due to the appalling way topslots had dealt with the situation. I DO WARN ANYONE buying from them, that like their ridiculous quote about have their pants being pulled down'' which is very unprofessional in its self , that they are NOT a good company to deal with in the sense of after service and care.

Excellent first experience I was very impressed with my first experience of this retailer. I rang an order through yesterday the person I spoke to was very helpful and the goods were delivered today. I will certainly be using them in the future

no after service for broken item ordered 2 things . 1 was great . other was broken. they dont answer phone and take ages to reply to emails so theyre ok if you dont have a problem-but if you do like me,i will have to take other action to recover my 150£ . shame . there was more stuff i want to order too but dare not.

They have a huge range of trains and accessories and not only are they the cheapest but they are also the fastest for despatch and delivery by far. Every order I have placed has always arrived the next day!
