GBMinehut just disappoints I'm going to be honest, I've been using Minehut for many years. They never failed me and always exceeded my expectations. However, recently I returned to a disrespectful and disappointing server. The time limit is horrendous and unreasonable now, and adding a paywall to world downloads is just disappointing. Not to mention the clear robotic replies to ratings similar to this one: "We're sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our free server plan changes. Hosting free servers is very expensive for us as a business and we have had to add limits to them in order to continue providing a hosting service for our users." I'm going to move to a different server, I'll see you all there.

ILGood host. Good host. The reason I recommend is becuase it's so simple, for people who don't know how to start their way. I don't recommend this to big server, becuase of the lack of features such as a fully woking ftp access. support is good but compering to other hosts which have live, it's a bit disappointing. Overall, you should use it for a maximum of a 100 players server.

ATLiterally a scam I've had a Minehut server for a while and have decided I wanted to switch to a different server host, so I wanted to download my world to put it on a different server just to realize I can't do it anymore with the free plan. This is anti-competitive behavior, to force people to pay to get their worlds off the platform because they prevent users from switching to a different server host. I had to use a world downloader to get it off. I would recommend to stay away from it and use self hosted servers instead if you wanna just play with friends. Running a public server with a free host is probably a bad idea anyway.

DENo file access after time limit and no join requests. You could make access to the files after the time limit that they dont need to wait 10 hours to downlaod their world to maybe falix, godlike or aternos or install plugins. Without the world if you want to play you can't even use singleplayer or build the spawn or something. And you could add join requests that you can send them to friends and if they click them they join your server. If you say about the cost what if you use external drives and only one server that manages the files

CAAnd this is why I prefer Bedrock Edition. This hosting service single-handedly is why I prefer Bedrock Edition over Java Edition. I can't even join servers I made! Please, don't use this. I wasted a significant portion of my day with this. How are you guys not bankrupt yet!? An average rating of just 2.7/5 AND crappy services.
