GBCan't get a refund We ordered a 3DS with 2 games for over $300. Long story short, the games wouldn't load, so we asked for and were told we could have a refund. We return shipped it, got confirmation of delivery on January 6th, but have yet to get a refund. They told us it would be 7-10 business days. Now they must have added our number and email to an ignore list, because we mysteriously can't get them to answer phone or email. They are appearing to be a scam after all. I'd gladly retract that statement if we could get a refund.

GBAvoid this company! Avoid this company! They will happily take your money then give you nothing in return except a runaround when you call to find out why you never received your item. I placed an order on 3/4 for 1 PS3 controller. On 3/7 the status updated to "partially shipped" (whatever that means). On 3/16 I called to find out why I never received the item and was asked to call back on Monday. Monday I called, they took my info and said they would get back to me (never happened). Tuesday I called again, they took my info (again) with another promise to look into the issue and get back to me. Read the reviews (I wish I had), this is not a unique experience with them. The next calls I make will be to my credit card company, the BBB, and the State Attorney General.

GBI hope this company gets shut down I hope this company gets shut down. They're overpriced, unresponsive, and they completely leave out the condition of the product. I bought a 3ds XL with a two games, and got a cracked 3ds *LL (So it cant update or use the Eshop) with only one game that didn't have the box and the game didn't read.

GBScam!!!! Received a broken N64 console Update 02.28.24: received the response from the vendor and it is a embarassing excuse for bad products and customer service. There is ZERO chance that this console was ever tested by Retrovgames. Both power cable and AV cable were broken irreparably and the console itself cannot even latch onto the game cartridges. Anyone with a brain cell, knows that the N64 was discontinued and that was the very reason I purchased this console for my Veteran husbands 40th birthday. A bit of nostalgia of our childhood. And now it has been tainted by this experience. RetroVGames and the blatant excuses your actions and representation of being a scam business (especially on a reputable platform like TrustPilot) will not work with me. Your response is not acceptable. Period Received a broken N64 console. Completely broken from all levels. Bought it for my husbands birthday and he didn't plug it in for a few months as he was travelling and then when I complained it was outside of the 121 day return window and therefore they did nothing. Do not buy from this business.

GBDo NOT Shop here I ordered 2 games off their site, separately because the first purchase came with a discount code. So i placed a second ordered and they lost it, I talked to customer support like several times, 3 times over the phone and on the phone they told me they could not find my order, and insisted it doesn’t exist. When i emailed them they said the order was delivered and then sent me my first orders details. I still never got my second game, but instead of admitting fault or trying to help me find the order or figure it out, they kept my money and insisted it was delivered even tho it never was. I did get the first game, but the second game never came and it feels like I’ll never see it. My card company declined to dispute the charges because the company claims they delivered my game. It’s been a month but I’m accepting the loss cause the gaslighting from this company is unbearable. There’s no point in arguing with hustlers. DO NOT SHOP HERE.
