GBPoor cd keys seller As a regular purchaser of cd keys from third party cd keys websites I feel extremely let down by the service i've recieved from this website. I ordered a copy of Fifa 15 and then realised there was a copy for sale for an extra £2 which had some extra content. I was advised by a Code4Game rep that I should place an order for the other version and cancel my original order and recieve a refund within 12-24 hours. One week passed and I still had not received said refund so I e-mailed them again to ask for the refund and was told my problem had been passed to management and would be resolved quickly. 24 hours later I still had heard nothing so I e-mailed them again saying if it wasn't resolved within 24 hours I would open a paypal dispute and give them a negative review on this site. I had an e-mail response saying that I would receive a refund within 24 hours. 27 hours later I have not recieved a refund so here I am to warn you not to use Code4Game.

BEFull review -Delivery time : code4game's website claims the average delivery time is 20mins : I ordered 4 games and got them in 25m, 15m, 7h and 15h ! It's worth noting they don't deliver between 23pm and 3am GMT. -Customer service : answers in 2hours. Good. -Reward points : my points are still waiting for approval. There are no games you can spend them on anyway. -Prices : there are cheaper websites.

NLFrustrating customer service Bought a key. Key was already used. Had to send screenshots of activation, Steam library and inventory. No problem. Customer service answers fast and after 3 mails my ticket was moved to the refund department. Then the trouble started. They said the key was region locked wich was nowhere to be read on the site. They mailed that I would have to wait for my money until the key worked with another client. When I pointed out that my key had been already used, so it probably wouldn't work for anyone there was no answer. After two weeks of waiting I sent another message. Now everything started from the beginning with a request for screenshots. After copypasting the previous mails and adding the already sent screenshots I requested swift service and got some quite arrogant replies where they stated my key was add-on content needing a base game. I knew for a fact this wasn't so. After -again- a reply I got another request to send the screenshots again. When I was still considering my next step I got another mail that stated my money was finally refunded. Finally. Tl:Dr> Key didn't work. Endless mails. Customer service doesn't read previous mails. Great frustration and arrogant replies. Condescending suggestions that you don't understand how it works. Don't buy here unless you have Shaolin patience and frustration is not in your dictionary.
