There is a provable series of actions by this company to defraud the public users. i.e. CASH purchases for chips are "matched" while CASH purchases for Gold are not! The game is infiltrated by robots, illicit chip sellers, employees playing the game targeting legitimate players, and more. They target VIP players with offers of "contests" with prizes, yet never announce who the "winners" are. They take a large percentage "rake" of winning hands when there is no "rake" justified for worthless chips that have nothing to do with running the "cost" of the game. There is a provable algorithm that is designed to elicit betting enticement. This game, for lack of a better term, is a criminal enterprise through it's use of fraudulent business practices and methods.

The games a fun time waster and there is some discrepancy between F2P and P2W but that's not the reason for the 1 star review. They just recently released patch 1.4.0 and had offical patch notes posted on their webpage as well as a notification in game. However certain users like myself don't have all that is promised in this patch but once support is contacted they give a canned report saying the patch notes were wrong and it is only a test feature for certain users. They're dishonestly promoting their game and causing a bigger discrepancy in their playerbase with giving all users who share one server different benefits arbitrarily.
