Cold sale update - Since the time that I posted this review, an agent contacted me to discuss my concerns. The agent gave me advice about how I might handle a possible sale. In the meantime, she of I've been informed that two buyers (separate instances) wished to buy a picture from me. I produced the photograph and prepared it for mailing in one case and sent it off in the other. Both sales fell through - the photograph that was mailed was then returned unopened. I have no reason to believe the agent didn't give adequate attention to the sale, but i do find the experience unsatisfactory. Since the time that I posted this review, an agent contacted me to discuss my concerns. The agent gave me advice about how I might handle a possible sale. In the meantime, she offered money from Zatista to cover my expenses for materials and mailing. I’m completely satisfied with the manner in which Zatista handled this problem.

Zatista is an expertly curated website that helps artists to find new collectors for our art. After several of my paintings have been sold by Zatista, I have received excellent staff support. Staff have been quick to answer questions. Zatista also does a really good job of promoting art, for example through regular emails to customer list.
