Great Website For Art Sellers and Buyers. As an artist, I greatly appreciate the opportunities and staff support provided by Zatista. Zatista is an expertly curated website that helps artists to find new collectors for our art. After several of my paintings have been sold by Zatista, I have received excellent staff support. Staff have been quick to answer questions. Zatista also does a really good job of promoting art, for example through regular emails to customer list.

Everything was done very well except… Everything was done very well except one little surprise. I was not told that UPS would be calling me to get my SSN# because Customs was holding the painting. The timing of their call was inconvenient but required that I deal with it immediately. This should have been handled by Zatista during the collection of shipping information. At the least, I should have been warned to expect to get a call from a stranger wanting my SSN#. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Slow and confused. Shipping was very slow. The artist took almost two weeks to ship the painting, and so it took nearly a month to arrive from England. A second piece, a photograph, was never sent. Zatista stayed in communication and kept us informed, but the artist mis-labeled the size on Zatista’s website, then found that the piece was damaged, then couldn’t make a replacement as promised. All told, mediocre at best.
