I ordered a painting for almost four… I ordered a painting for almost four thousand dollars. On the day it was arriving I found out it was returned to the shipper. I made several calls and finally someone called back and said that it was due to paperwork and it would be shipped again. One week later, again calling multiple times, I finally got a message it would be shipped Monday. Today is Thursday. I expected it yestrrday. It was again sent back to the shipper. I called five times! No one answered the phone or called me back. I sent an email to cancel the order. Have yet to hear from anyone. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Fabulous Eleni Psyllaki prints I was a little concerned that the 2 stunning Eleni Psyllaki framed prints I ordered would not arrive exactly as I viewed them online. To my delight, any concerns immediately disappeared when these arrived. The prints are just fabulous and even better in 'real life’!! We are thrilled. Thank you so much, Saatchi Art.

Beautiful artwork! Beautiful artwork that was ever prettier in person than on the website! Artwork arrived in a reasonable amount of time from overseas in good condition. I was also able to negotiate some on the price.

This was my first experience ordering… This was my first experience ordering from Satchi, so I didn't quite know what to expect, but it ended up being a smooth and easy process! The art arrived on time and the quality was good. The artist even sent a hand written thank you, which I thought was a nice touch!

I purchase a painting by Jolina Anthony… I purchase a painting by Jolina Anthony from Germany when the painting shipped - after 2 or 3 weeks delay, it showed that it was by someone different Manuela Quosig in Spain. I was notified it was shipped but 4 weeks later it was still not delivered. Needless to say I cancelled the order and am waiting to see if I will actually receive a refund.
