"mailbox unavailable -- User unknown" happy to report this issue has been resolved--item received. I had emailed asking about the status of an order, and the email was returned, "permanent fatal errors -- mailbox unavailable -- User unknown". but several days later I did receive a reply, and evetually my order as well.

NISSAN GTR I purchased a 5 panel canvas portrait of the Nissan GTR for my the breakroom at my Nissan Dealership. It came in quickly and looked exactly like the photos online. It is a great addition to the breakroom and our Employees love it.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I purchased a 5pc canvas on 10/7/22 and haven't received anything other than confirmation of purchase. I wish I would've read the reviews before buying from this site.They have no way of communicating with customers because of faulty email and no phone numbers. Will cancel payment if I don't receive anything by Friday.

They have no phone number to call and their contact email does not work. 1/10/2022 In their reply to this review they mentioned message must have gone to their spam box and to resubmit the email and they will make sure they get it. However, I have submitted it several times since then and keep getting this message: "Your message wasn't delivered to ___ because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail." 1/19/2022 The blanket arrived. I don't know if was simply incredibly late or because of the review but I suspect the latter since the first shipment of pillows also indicated that the blanket was supposed to be with them.
