The frame split at the staples The frame split at the staples and the middle wood brace was crooked. I tried to send photos showing the issue it was difficult see because of the size. I tried to receive either a credit or refund. Offer to return and asked for a return label and was ignored. And still haven't heard anything. I spend almost $200 dollars and should have at least received a return label or credit. Diana Woodd

THIS COMPANY IS SCAMMING! I paid for expedited processing and shipping, close to $50 extra plus artwork. The total price came to over $200. They kept my money and did not send me the product. I can't cancel because they removed their "cancel order" button and their customer service email address comes back as "undeliverable" They are scamming people. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
