Script Reading Course A very full day covering lots of ground but kept entertaining by a great teacher and lots of clip examples. Was impressed by how many documents and scripts they gave us to take away. Very poor feedback on post-course assignment - no reply to original submission email or several emails since.

Excellent service A friend, who is a professional writer, recommended that I try using Industrial Scripts to get an unbiased view of my script and I am very glad that I followed his advice. The script analysis arrived on time and was very helpful. It detailed both the strengths and weaknesses in my work and has given me a whole new perspective and a clear idea of what I need to concentrate on in the next draft.

Script Reading Course - Exactly what it says on the tin A fairly full-on day. To the point. A great primer to the business of Script Reading, taught by a very pleasant, enthusiastic, industry-insider. More material than can be covered in a single session, it's definitely worth going through the course notes again, in detail, whilst working through the following week's hand-in / assignment. Great opportunity to meet a handful of other Readers / Writers, too.

Interesting and Informative! I found this course very helpful as it gave an overview of everything to look for when reading scripts, as well as the current state of the UK film industry and the different ways to try and get a job in this field. The course comes with a whole list of contacts to work your way through and you even get the chance to write a practice script report. There is certainly a lot crammed into one day, however, this is really all you need to get the gist. I would recommend this course to people of all abilities, especially those who are in definite need of a morale boost.
