Not very satisfied I was disappointed in my experience. I have dealt with other companies who offer free returns for what they consider unacceptable merchandise and to have to pay to return DVD's that aren't worth the shipping fees is kind of ridiculous. I will not use this company again. They did email me about a few things they found unacceptable, however all of what I sent was in the original packages and in sealed mint condition, so now it is hard for me to know why they turned it down. This particular process makes me a little skeptical about how this company does their business. I attempted to use this company because upon comparison they originally offered a little more for the very DVD's they turned down.

Easy Your website makes it easy to conduct business. Payments came as indicated. Kudos for integrity. The only problem I had was that some DVD's skew numbers came up with inaccurate titles making them unsaleable. My only disappointment is that the DVD's are not worth more.

Timely and excellent communication They pay shipping, which was easy. Just pack, label, and drop off at the post office. They were quick in processing my order and communicating with me. One of my dvds they could not accept due to condition. They told me this quickly and asked what I would like to do (recycle or have returned to me, after I pay return shipping of course). I opted to recycle the dvd. They followed my wishes and processed the payment almost immediately. Zero complaints. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend to anyone looking to sell online.

Good place to get rid of old DVDs The process of selling old DVDs is easy - I just wish they paid more for them. Some go for as little as 11 cents. I appreciate the postage costs absorbed by the company. The payment process is usually fast, although it can take 2 weeks for the check to arrive after notification of payment processing. Overall, a good site.
