live tv rarely works If you want to watch a movie or series usually the service works fine but if watching live tv it seems EVERY minute getting a message cannot access server or continuous buffering. My husband has hearing problems so likes to use subtitles but unable to access them even they show up as available. I have sent messages in the past about problems and have never received a response. I have used this service for over a year but looking elsewhere for another provider.

I have never been treated as… I have never been treated as disrespected as Marcus from Apollo Group tv spoke to me. He told me, “Good luck fixing it yourself” and accused me of arguing with him. I told him I thought he might be lashing out at me because he could not fix my VOD issue of freezing after 10 to 15 minutes into the program then jumping to the next episodes.

Worst customer support in any iptv and… Worst customer support in any iptv and these guys are getting watched from the copyright police it’s all over the internet and soon there customers will get fines that’s why I stopped with them

Not getting correct assistance or response. Quick to call you when subscription is due but slow or not at all to assist with a problem. Download to live tv and VOD dropped completely. Advising me to get VPN. Done that with their advice before and did not solved the problem. Losing one month subscription still left and getting ignored by all my mails for assistance. Well done Apollo group tv seems you are coming to your end following other reviews with same problem.

Terrible experience I have not had a very good experience with them. I have been having issues from the beginning that is wifi related, I have asked them to be accommodating and assist me in extending my trial for 3 days so the Technical team and make sure it works befor I pay money to this company. I have asked to receive a phone call and the responce I received was. The pricing is in our website. If our policy is inadequate for your needs, then it’s best to just stop your trial now and let you find one that wetter suits yours needs. I don't think this is how you run a company by chasing away a costumer.
