Zero Stars If I could leave zero stars I would. I joined and changed my mind before they even sent me the card because they wouldn't respond to emails. After repeated emails to tell them I wasn't joining and to return my subscription money, they refused to respond. I never used their service, never even downloaded their app or created an account. I wound up having to dispute the charge through my bank.

Total sham scam and rip off I tried this 11/18/23 and attempted to see a movie while on a getaway in branson, MO. No bueno would NOT work. Charged $10. Charged another $10 12/18/23 and tried to see a movie in Fayetteville, AR an hour from my home...again would NOT work and had to pay. Charged another $10 1/18/23 and tried here at my local theater...said NO movies were showing and all 6 theaters were playing movies. I canceled and they said they will NOT Refund my $. Had to get my credit card company involved..this is a scam DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not waste your money Do not waste your money! MoviePass doesn’t work at the theater most of the time. You can not reach a live body at MoviePass any time. You can email customer services after your incident. They will likely add points to your account as an apology. However these extra points do not roll over to the next month. Complete waste of your money

Do not buy !!! Great idea, but either by choice or by mistake The app is completely useles. Spent hours trying to book movies worked one time after numerous attempts. Definitely not worth the headache or hassle do not purchase.

Run away, run away. Do not, do not get movie pass. The new one sounds good and sustainable from a business standpoint. Except, you get to the theater and they (the theater)can't make it work. To cinemark & amc's credit, they comped us, but how long will they keep doing that? The only time it worked is when we bought the ticket on line, only to find out they (movie pass) charged as many credits as the movie ticket for online purchase. Movie Pass’s solution for problems at the theater is to swipe the card again. What card? It’s viritual. When we asked for a physical card, the chat (only way to get live CS) said it would take 10-15 days to get the card, and the virtual card would be immediately disabled. What the person chatting refused even a partial refund or to allow the unused credits to roll over we knew we were done. Shame on you Movie Pass.
