The shipments always arrive on time and the packaging insures quality and temperature. Quality ingredients , excellent customer support and continued guidance makes Chi Dog a miracle food for dogs!

Food was excellent everything else not so much so… The food was very good look much better then the other fresh food companies. I have tried them all. My dog had no issues she really liked it. Unfortunately it’s very expensive even for a 15 lb dog more so than all the other companies. Their website is very difficult to navigate almost impossible to do basic things like changing menu selection. The delivery company they used for me was horrible.

My 16 year old sheltie is in early kidney failure… My 16 year old sheltie is in early kidney failure and stopped eating his prescribed kidney diet and his dry dog food and was dropping weight in a swift amount of time. My vet got the point of just saying for him to eat chicken and rice everything with some add ins to balance his food. I decided to try chi dog for the kidney support, just to see if it would help, and he loves it! I see more pep in his step and I can tell he is putting back on some weight!

Black plastic found in food I love this food concept and was excited to support a smaller pet food manufacturer. I gave it a try with my three French Bulldogs. Almost every package had some issue relating to torn packaging, etc. I reached out to the company, and they told me to go ahead and feed the food even though the packaging was torn. Two of my three pups got diarrhea after eating the food in the torn package. Last week, I opened another package of food and found a large piece of black plastic in it. This is a choking hazard and should not happen if the food is manufactured in a USDA human food manufacturing plant. I contacted the company 3 times to report this incident, and they still have not replied. I am very disappointed with Chi Dog.
