This company truly cares about dog… This company truly cares about dog food, I reached out to them multiple times and got quick responses. I have a 9 month old doodle with a very sensitive tummy, recovering from antibiotics and gut imbalance, which caused him to have very bad poops for a long time. Along with probiotics, chi dog food has improved his poops, he loves it a lot, and it's fully balanced so I don't have to worry about adding things to it. We alternate between chicken and turkey. I will be a regular customer from now on.

They were understanding when I… They were understanding when I explained my older sick dog did not do well with the food. She is too picky. I was reimbursed without asking. This was a kind thing to do and it shows that the company cares about their customers.

Easy and Our Dog is Happy! From diet selection to shipping, everything was easy! We recently adopted a 2.5 year old small dog from a rescue. We were told she was picky about food - but she immediately loved the Chi Dog diets. We are feeding a combination to give her more variety in flavor and nutrients!

Food was excellent everything else not so much so… The food was very good look much better then the other fresh food companies. I have tried them all. My dog had no issues she really liked it. Unfortunately it’s very expensive even for a 15 lb dog more so than all the other companies. Their website is very difficult to navigate almost impossible to do basic things like changing menu selection. The delivery company they used for me was horrible.

I can order on line and within minutes… I can order on line and within minutes my order is being processed. It’s a very streamline experience with little need for calling in an order. Customer service is always prompt & deliveries are always on time. The product has added years to my dogs life. Job well done
