I think the books are the most cutest… I think the books are the most cutest things I have ever seen. It was so great to be able to personalize a book for my mother to reflect how much she means to me. The different stories and poems were super sweet and perfect for expressing how I feel about my mother. The only thing I did not like is not being able to customize certain things like the color of the clothing or the glasses. I also would have like to see more options for ethnic hairstyles and more ethnic features. Being able to change the face size, body size, etc would have been cool too! Overall I thought the shopping experience was good and I am looking forward to seeing the finished product once I receive it in the mail. Also, I graduate from college on Mother’s Day so what better way to tell my mother thank you than a personalized book!!!

There's no way to get immediate help with your company There is no way to contact a live person when you need help or adjusting of your order. I caught a mistake I made with the Promo Code less than 10 minutes after I placed my order and could not communicate with anyone other than your robot on chat. I intended to use (MOMSPECIAL for 40% off) which is why I ordered my book to begin with, and could only send messages to an email. I couldn't even cancel my order. Please respond to my email so my adjustment can be made.

Super easy to navigate Super easy to navigate! I would say maybe more simple but detailed features ex: round, oval, square face and then eyebrow shape. Pretty much features that change your face. Other than that it was super fun to create and I love the personal dedication you can write.
