GBDon't plan on receiving your item when expected. According to the shipping schedule on your website, I should be receiving my purchase anytime now. Instead, it is showing that a label has been created but the USPS has not received the item to actually ship out. I am extremely unhappy and wish that I had done some better research before placing an order. This is absolutely ridiculous.

GBFantastic Work My experience with FamiPrints was AMAZING!! I ordered a frame for my neighbors anniversary and the first frame had some scratches on it, but once I emailed them David got back to me and sent a new frame. The outcome is marvelous and looks great. This makes a great gift and I can't wait to give it to them. I definitely will order another.
