Many cute options, can't go wrong! 💕 I decided to gift my SO a little care package because they were having a rough time. Ok picked the "Someone Is Thinking Of You" Mailer which I picked out the following: a Spearmint + Eucalyptus Bath Bomb; a pair of Luxe Cloud Socks (stone); the "Just for Today: A Guided Journal for Healing, Hope, and Daily Care"; the GF/Vegan Birthday Cake Cookies; and also one of their cute cards! They loved all of it and getting to mix and match according to their taste was awesome. There's some really lovely items to pick from! Definitely worth checking out!

beautiful packaging, slow delivery UPDATE: the package arrived in great condition, bringing joy to the recipient... 18 days after I placed the order. I don't know why it took so long, so just keep that in mind when ordering that it can take quite a while. I love the idea of supporting small business, but I have been disappointed. The website was glitchy; I made up my custom package carefully choosing my items each time, and when I would go to complete the order it would disappear. I was persistent and got it after 3 attempts. It read that my order was complete, but it never did send a confirmation email, which left me wondering if the order had actually gone through. My friend's surgery has come and gone and I'm disappointed that a week later, still no package has been delivered to her. I'm hoping it will still arrive shortly. I loved the selection of gifts and I think it's a great idea, but I hope they can improve the website. Also it would nice to know an approximate delivery date at the time of ordering.

Responsive, Empathetic, Customer-focused… Decided to use Unboxme for Mother's Day gifts for all the women at church. Needed to a large number of boxes and ship them quickly because I needed to have the gifts prepared a couple days before Mother's Day. Sent an email to confirm they could meet my needs. Sara got back to me and was great in terms of responsiveness and being customer-focused. She answered all of my questions...facilitated a refund because I forgot the coupon code when placing the order online...made the process smooth, easy, and expeditious. I received everything on time and the ladies at church loved their gifts.

My first experience with Unboxme was… My first experience with Unboxme was what I received a gift box and I fell in love with the products. I purchased a box for myself, but due to it being over 100 degrees outside, some of the food items melted. I emailed Unboxme and they gladly replaced my items with no questions asked. Customer service has been excellent.
