Overall not bad Several updates on order-shipping etc. However, final product had a blurry image despite using a professional photo so felt sublimation quality could have been better.

Update to my initial review. Finaly received my order. Later than promised. Lynn (CEO) looked into the delay and communicated very well. Customer service was 5 stars, but the false advertisement for shipping was unsatisfactory. Mentioned they should explain on the order form of longer shipping times for certain zip codes. Picture quality was a little blurry on my 12x9 custom canvas.
