I bought a ceramic Christmas ornament… I bought a ceramic Christmas ornament and it didn’t even come with a string to hang it with although it showed it having one in all the pictures. Why don’t you send me one and maybe I could change my review. Also the writing on the ornament is very small. I’m just being honest…..sorry

Zero Customer Service There was zero update on the status of my order and my numerous calls and emails went unacknowledged and unanswered. There was ZERO customer service. Item finally arrived outside of the projected window. The item itself was fine but I was a day away from contacting my credit card company and reporting he transaction as fraud. VERY CONCERNING.

Update to my initial review. Finaly received my order. Later than promised. Lynn (CEO) looked into the delay and communicated very well. Customer service was 5 stars, but the false advertisement for shipping was unsatisfactory. Mentioned they should explain on the order form of longer shipping times for certain zip codes. Picture quality was a little blurry on my 12x9 custom canvas.
