GBUpdate to my initial review. Finaly received my order. Later than promised. Lynn (CEO) looked into the delay and communicated very well. Customer service was 5 stars, but the false advertisement for shipping was unsatisfactory. Mentioned they should explain on the order form of longer shipping times for certain zip codes. Picture quality was a little blurry on my 12x9 custom canvas.

GBI bought a ceramic Christmas ornament… I bought a ceramic Christmas ornament and it didn’t even come with a string to hang it with although it showed it having one in all the pictures. Why don’t you send me one and maybe I could change my review. Also the writing on the ornament is very small. I’m just being honest…..sorry
