Missing one item from my order I placed a large order of party supplies for my daughter's upcoming unicorn-themed party. everything is super cute and good quality! My only complaint is that I didn't receive one of the items I ordered. It was left out. So, now I have to contact customer support and try to get it delivered in time.

Out Of Stock? I ordered seven items, but only received six items, one was missing. The packing slip showed the six items, yet I was still being charged the full amount of my original order. I had to call the company, only to find out that one of the items was out of stock. Why wasn’t this listed on the packing slip and indicated as ‘out of stock’? Also, I had to ask Customer Service to adjust the amount I was being charged and to refund the amount for the missing item. Had I not followed up, my charge card would have been charged the full amount of the original order. I ended up going to Party City for the item that was missing.

Pretty disappointing Pretty disappointing.The package arrived on time but had missing items. Submitted form to request for missing item or refund.Never received any response.Also, I wanted to return few items within a week of receiving the package but the shipping costed as much as the price of the return items. I would be more cautious next time I will purchase anything from here.

Pathetic Pathetic, over priced products and the worst customer service ever. They provide misleading information on their website and if questioned,they start shouting at the customers. The same products you get at a 80% cheaper rate outside. They have absolutely no return or refund policy and if you raise an issue, they say it's not possible that there could be an issue with their products. Ridiculously horrible. They start showing their frustration on the customers if they are not able to handle the issues or just don't want to understand. Won't recommend this company to anyone.

This is my first time using Wholesale… This is my first time using Wholesale Party Supplies & it will definitely NOT be my last!! Everything I got was perfect! Plus, my order arrived 2 days early, win win!!!
