Missing one item from my order I placed a large order of party supplies for my daughter's upcoming unicorn-themed party. everything is super cute and good quality! My only complaint is that I didn't receive one of the items I ordered. It was left out. So, now I have to contact customer support and try to get it delivered in time.

My order arrived incorrectly and there has been no follow up on my previous messages to rectify the issue (I ordered qty 3 of 8pack of cups. I received 3 cups total. There is no customer service phone number or any other way to contact aside from their website form which you receive no follow up from)

I was honestly expecting lower quality… I was honestly expecting lower quality products than what you'd find at party city or Amazon, but everything was amazing quality for almost half the price! I seriously checked 10 websites trying to find the best deal and I came across this, which saved me at least $100. I'm very happy to have found this website!
