Good people, good company and great service! I saw an item on the website for daughters and wanted it for granddaughters. I emailed customer service and immediately they emailed, created one for granddaughters and sent me the link! I customized them and ordered. Just got them! LOVE them. My friend saw them and wanted to order one for her granddaughter. I emailed customer service and they immediately sent another link for her! This is a “stand up” company and would never hesitate to order anything from them!

Will never order from this company… Will never order from this company again. Order was supposed to arrive before December 19th and it isn’t here. Got a “shipping notice” (it wasn’t actually shipped) giving a usps tracking number claiming a label had been created and that it was “PENDING shipment.” On December 24th they sent an email claiming that the item was lost in transit and offering 20% discount on a future purchase. There will be no future purchases. Just be honest and say that this stuff is coming from China and that you were never going to be able to deliver it before Christmas.

Brown belt I ordered a Brown belt, I thought they had sent me a black one so I had sent them an email to correct my order. Not only were they quick to respond, but they were so kind and willing to fix the mistake. The mistake was mine, the brown was just a little darker than I expected. It is a beautiful Brown though, I love it! All around great service.
