Horrible product representation Horrible product representation. When I tried to cancel the order minutes after placing the order, I had to fil out a "ticket" which was obviously ignored. Product arrived 4 days AFTER Christmas when promised Christmas delivery. No phone number available to speak with a rep. DO NOT deal with this company! You will not get what you think you have ordered!

Horrible quality worse customer service Ornaments arrived - HORRIBLE quality: so blurry and pixelated. Reached out to customer service multiple times and they do not respond it’s been almost two weeks. When they did finally respond they asked for pictures which I already provided. Then offered replacement and it’s way past Christmas now so that’s not helpful and now no response again. They are horrible don’t order from them.

Excellent Customer Service I placed an order and it was returned to their warehouse. I emailed their customer service, they were very helpful and considerate. They resent my order to me, I received it today and it is exactly how it looked online. I’m sure shipping isn’t cheap but they resent my order without any fees. Amazing customer service and products.

Macorner refused refund for broken item… I ordered two photo Christmas ornament balls as gifts. One was broken, the other had so much “snow” stuck to the photo that you couldn’t see it. I submitted refund ticket with the photos and details Macorner requested via email. I kept getting a runaround until Macorner stopped communication. I got no refund for broken item. Macorner sent a video showing how to tap the ornament to settle the snow. That didn’t work either. Macorner is frustrating to deal with and refused refund for broken item.

A COMPANY WHO CARES First the products and unique gift ideas amazed me. Secondly the fair pricing. Most important is the Customer Service. They will help with your orders and they care. Macorner company is a sucess for all the right reasons...so go shop and you will be happy you did!!
