The monogram looks great; stitching is very poor. The monogram looks great. However, the seam on the pillowcase is already apart after only one use. I have two other similar pillowcases that I have had for over five years and this has not happened with either of those.

Only criticism I have is that perhaps you could offer hair and skin color alternatives for the Superhero pillowcase, as my granddaughter is into superheroes but the only one offered is more of a little boy look... which I got for her but she has long dark hair :)

I love the product I love the product. There was an issue at first with receiving the product but once corrected I received the medic alert bracelet. It is gorgeous and was worth the wait. Your customer service is great.

AWFUL MISREPRESENTATION PHOTO! This is one of the biggest cases of misrepresentation I've yet to see online. Beach towel presented with monogram doing vertical, arrived horizontal. The size of the beach towel is for an American Girl Doll, not a human! It is almost for a hair towel. PItiful. And purchases 2 before spring break. Waste of $50!
