This is the second time I have ordered…Great Quality This is the second time I have ordered from them. I ordered photo pillowcases. The pillowcases themselves are well made and have lasted for years and still remain in good condition after lots of washing! The quality is something I'm willing to pay for.

AWFUL MISREPRESENTATION PHOTO! This is one of the biggest cases of misrepresentation I've yet to see online. Beach towel presented with monogram doing vertical, arrived horizontal. The size of the beach towel is for an American Girl Doll, not a human! It is almost for a hair towel. PItiful. And purchases 2 before spring break. Waste of $50!

Exceptional customer service Amazing customer service! Two items from my order arrived after Christmas, took three weeks, and I also noticed an almost unnoticeable wrinkle in the printing on top of my own mistake of having the year that my brother in law & his wife were married. I emailed customer service, explained that I didn’t feel I should be responsible for shipping to return items but that I’d be happy with a reprint. Matt got right back with me with an apology and told me they were doing a reprint, with the upmost care, and would notify me when it had shipped, at no cost or hassle to me. Super happy customer, this is how customer service should be!

Cheap fabric . Very disappointed… I would return these if you send me instructions. Graphics and printing are really cute BUT the quality of the fabric is cheap and shows markswhen folded and brushed in one direction. I bought a lot and am disappointed Aprons are cute.

We ordered two personalized kids'… We ordered two personalized kids' aprons and two personalized kids' chef hats. The aprons were promptly delivered, but we did not receive the chef hats or any notice about a delay. I sent an email to ask about the chef hats, but received a response that only said my inquiry had been received. I never received any explanation about the separate processing of the order (aprons apart from chef hats) or the delayed delivery of the chef hats. The chef hats were delivered about 4 1/2 weeks after the order was placed. I recommend the aprons and chef hats as fun gifts for children.
