GBExceptional customer service Amazing customer service! Two items from my order arrived after Christmas, took three weeks, and I also noticed an almost unnoticeable wrinkle in the printing on top of my own mistake of having the year that my brother in law & his wife were married. I emailed customer service, explained that I didn’t feel I should be responsible for shipping to return items but that I’d be happy with a reprint. Matt got right back with me with an apology and told me they were doing a reprint, with the upmost care, and would notify me when it had shipped, at no cost or hassle to me. Super happy customer, this is how customer service should be!

GBMonogramOnline… DONT DO IT! What went wrong with my order???? EVERYTHING! Worst of all their customer service “person”. Need I spell his name?My assumption is this is a one man show! So argumentative and frankly rude. If a customer isn’t happy, aren’t you supposed to make them happy? Cost of doing business? Not this company! I NEVER dealt with this kind of customer service. I ordered 10 beach towels, cheap quality but hey, I didn’t get my hands on them to assess the quality so I took the chance . The printing is another story.It was not legible on several towels and I just wanted it rectified.No such luck. BE WARNED this online shopping experience was like none other.

GBWe ordered two personalized kids'… We ordered two personalized kids' aprons and two personalized kids' chef hats. The aprons were promptly delivered, but we did not receive the chef hats or any notice about a delay. I sent an email to ask about the chef hats, but received a response that only said my inquiry had been received. I never received any explanation about the separate processing of the order (aprons apart from chef hats) or the delayed delivery of the chef hats. The chef hats were delivered about 4 1/2 weeks after the order was placed. I recommend the aprons and chef hats as fun gifts for children.
