My only suggestion would be a "mid-production" contact with the customer instead of only an email when the order was placed and a shipping email, though both of those were great.

We ordered two personalized kids'… We ordered two personalized kids' aprons and two personalized kids' chef hats. The aprons were promptly delivered, but we did not receive the chef hats or any notice about a delay. I sent an email to ask about the chef hats, but received a response that only said my inquiry had been received. I never received any explanation about the separate processing of the order (aprons apart from chef hats) or the delayed delivery of the chef hats. The chef hats were delivered about 4 1/2 weeks after the order was placed. I recommend the aprons and chef hats as fun gifts for children.

Only criticism I have is that perhaps you could offer hair and skin color alternatives for the Superhero pillowcase, as my granddaughter is into superheroes but the only one offered is more of a little boy look... which I got for her but she has long dark hair :)

The monogram looks great; stitching is very poor. The monogram looks great. However, the seam on the pillowcase is already apart after only one use. I have two other similar pillowcases that I have had for over five years and this has not happened with either of those.

I have purchased gifts from… I have purchased gifts from MonogramOnline for a few years Especially, the 3D pillows. I love them and the gift recipients love them too. One time I had a problem and their customer service was quick and eager to correct the product. I am still a loyal customer!
