Scammed? Or just bad luck? Ordered early December and originally had quick customer service when I wanted to send brighter versions of my initial pictures. Said it was shipped on the 13th but has been stuck at "shipping label printed, USPS Awaiting Item" for almost 2 weeks now. Sent an email to customer service after 1 week and never heard back so I submitted a ticket through the website and never heard back for that one either. Very frustrating since the label was printed in Texas, which is the same state I live in so I thought it'd get to me quickly but it still hasn't and will not be here for Christmas despite me ordering before the "get it by christmas" date. Unsure if I'll ever get this shirt or if I was scammed. At this point I just want to know if I'm getting the shirt or not. Holiday delays are understandable but no other packages from other places I've ordered this month had any of these issues and were here in a timely matter - even items from China. Wish me luck for ever getting a response.

Customer service will ghost you Ordered 2 custom shirts based on the size chart on their website. The shirts I got were several inches off of the sizing chart. Contacted customer service. They only replaced 1 of the shirts and it had the exact same sizing issue. So now I have 3 shirts that don't fit the ppl I bought them for. I contacted customer service again asking for a refund and was ghosted. They don't take returns otherwise I would have sent them back. Complete rip off at $30 per shirt.

Huge Scam DO NOT BUY FROM HERE I purchased from their website 2 weeks ago, they never sent me any confirmation (yet send me promotional messages non-stop) They have charged me but refuse to acknowledge that I have an order pending. Every time I get in contact they ask for my Order number which I obviously don’t have as I wasn’t provided any type of confirmation. DO NOT buy from this site, it is a major scam. The good reviews on here are from the company themselves.

No response from company. Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and have received no info about shipping or tracking. They have ignored 3 emails. The order # isn't found when searching the site. Seems like a scam. Update: item received as described. It was within 24hrs of writing this review and filing a dispute that I got an email with tracking info.
