Scammed? Or just bad luck? Ordered early December and originally had quick customer service when I wanted to send brighter versions of my initial pictures. Said it was shipped on the 13th but has been stuck at "shipping label printed, USPS Awaiting Item" for almost 2 weeks now. Sent an email to customer service after 1 week and never heard back so I submitted a ticket through the website and never heard back for that one either. Very frustrating since the label was printed in Texas, which is the same state I live in so I thought it'd get to me quickly but it still hasn't and will not be here for Christmas despite me ordering before the "get it by christmas" date. Unsure if I'll ever get this shirt or if I was scammed. At this point I just want to know if I'm getting the shirt or not. Holiday delays are understandable but no other packages from other places I've ordered this month had any of these issues and were here in a timely matter - even items from China. Wish me luck for ever getting a response.

Got charged never got confirmation email Emailed them twice heard nothing back never got an order confirmation number. I have ordered from them before no problems. Got charged over $60 for 2 shirts that I needed for Christmas which I ordered within there time frame to receive for Christmas and have heard nothing very dissapointed. I'm hoping they have my order and they are just backed up. Sucks the first shirt I got was perfect I really hope I get these shirts. UPDATE finally emailed me and said they had no order with my name or email, fortunantly was able to pull up my internet history and found tracking but then what the heck did they send me if they have no order information? At this point I want a full refund I have no shirts for Christmas and overpaid for something that isn't here on time and crappy customer service. 100% will not be purchasing from them again will take my buisness elsewhere.

Unique and special doormat The personalization on the doormat was excellent ! Exactly as how I expected. Very pleased with that part. The rug was a good size, however the doormat was bit thinner than I would have liked. But it works . Overall I am very pleased with the product, from order to delivery. Thank you
