An error was made on your part by… An error was made on your part by failing to put the persons name and the dates on the plaque and when I contacted the company they were very quick to correct their mistake and get it sent to me in time for the date I needed the plaque. I was very pleased with this company and will use them again.

Print fades away to unreadable because lack of contrast with T Shirt arrived with an issue but was resolved by the seller. 100 % satisfied in the end and thats all that matters. Good communications and issue was resolved when problem was explained. Would buy from again. Thanks

Remembrance t-shirts First order of shirts were incorrect (purple one was supposed to say "widow" instead of "widower" since I got it for my mom and it said how the husband died, so the wife is the widow not the widower. They corrected this and gave us a new shirt free of charge. Also, the other 2 shirts I ordered (grey) were too small due to type of shirt style ordered. They fixed this as well and sent 2 new shirts that fit great at no charge also. 👏 🙂
