No quality assurance No quality assurance. The defective item was printed upside down. I cannot hang this flag. Customer service was provided several sets of pictures, but ignored the problem. Just mailed the flag back to you. Use it to buff your cats.

It ended up being a custom order and even though they didn't have to they accommodated my request. I would recommend Cubebix to anyone looking for a unique gift and I will definitely use them again in the future.
