The seller was friendly, professional and patient, as I asked to send me pictures with this rather than that text. She always responded punctually and quickly, she always explained clearly what she proposed. The item arrived in perfect condition and on schedule. It was a pleasure to buy from her.

I only ordered it because it was promised to be delivered before Christmas. They also stated that they would send me a picture of what the finished, customized product would look like, but they never did that either. When I emailed customer service asking what the status of my order was, they sent me a picture of a tracking number stating, “ Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 7:22 pm on December 16, 2022 in COMPTON, CA 90220. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date”, this status has been the same for over 2 weeks now. “WHERES MY ORDER??!!??”

0 quality 0 quality. Described as a quilt it is really two thin sheets sewed together. The colors are faded/muted and look nothing like the pictures. Such a waste of money.

I have tried to contact you several times. This package arrived today, with no sheets, none, zip, zero. THERE WAS A BEDSPREAD, AND 2 PILLOW CASES!!!!!
