Monogram was very small on scarves I ordered. Disappointed I ordered the same infinity scarf from 2 different companies because neither company had the 4 I needed available. The monogram on the 2 scarves from the other company were much bigger and showed up on the scarves much better. I'm giving these to my 4 nieces who are all about the same age. Very disappointed with the monogramming from Monogram Art. It was small and doesn't show up nearly as nice as the bigger monogram on the other 2 scarves from Etsy! Hope the girls are not as disappointed as I am. They will all be opened at the same time!!!

One of the best customer experiences I ever had I submitted my order incorrectly, putting the initials in the wrong order. I admitted my error to the company and all they did was offer to send me a corrected item at no cost. This is one of the best and most honest companies you will ever work with.
