I was very relieved and Chris's knowledge and help on what I was trying to accomplish was spot on.

Family Fun I was looking for a way to identify water bottles and avoid having them stolen while at the pool and came across Monogram Art on-line. The monograms arrived quickly and were of high quality. I did have to speak with someone at the company about an incorrect monogram. The problem was handled professionally and promptly. It was okay I would love to tell you that I am satisfied with my sticker, the only problem is I still haven't gotten it. Going through the site was easy, reasonable pricing, lots of options, and I do think I will find to like the sticker. But, the shipping said 1-2 days and that was about a week ago. So, that is where th e bad review is coming from.
