GBLove them! I had to make a last minute order and Monogram Art was the only place willing to help me out! Loved the quality, price, & time. Definitely returning & recommending to friends. I purchased three caps with engraving. My only critique is that I wish the caps were not velcro in the back.

GBGreat product and outstanding customer service Just received our insulated tumblers. They are well made and the monogramming looks fantastic. Right after we ordered our glasses I realized we had not put the names on them. I called the customer service line and left a message. In under 30 minutes I received a phone call from a very courteous gentleman who was able to amend the order.
