GBBest customer service in the industry The customer service provided by Breo Box is top notch. I had a small issue where one of the products in my first box was not working properly, Aleks and his team assisted me on rectifying the situation on the very same day. It is really refreshing to see a company go above and beyond to take care of the “little guy“. If you are on the fence about trying Breo Box, it’s 100% worth it!

GBVery Disappointed! My husband opened his first Breo box at Christmas. These are not tech items but gadgets. We bought the subscription thinking he would receive fun tech things but he has no use for any of the items. After reaching out to customer service repeatedly we still haven’t been able to cancel his subscription and are no clearer on how to do so despite numerous emails back and forth. And they are not taking phone calls, so that is not an option (although we continue to try). I am completely disappointed in the terrible customer service, especially for the price of the boxes. I feel we were misled about the product and are being given the run around by customer service.

GBBest lifestyle box ever! My boyfriend and I love the BreoBox. It’s his favorite thing to open and see what we got each season. We are super excited for the winter box because that’s our favorite season! I love having a surprise every quarter I always forget about it then boom it’s in my mail! They’re definitely products that I wouldn’t ever just buy but having them basically gifted makes me open my eyes to new things!

GBGreat gifts for hard-to-buy-for gadget lovers! I’ve ordered boxes several times for various holidays and birthdays. The items are fun and the element of surprise by not knowing exactly what’s in the box is an extra bonus. This is a great gift for someone who likes gadgets and is hard to shop for.

GBI love BREO BOX! I received my first BREO BOX as a birthday gift from my sister last year, and I got excited by the bag and the box before I even looked inside. I was already thinking about how I could reuse them. The contents were another pleasant surprise, which included a sanitizing wand, wireless earbuds and other high quality items. I immediately went to the website to check out past boxes, but they were sold out. I joined the mailing list, and when I received an email that the fall box was coming out, I ordered myself an early birthday present!! And I subscribed!! I can hardly wait for my next box!!!
