GBExcellent The company was very timely and stated in contact when my first choice doe flowers was not available. Before deciding for themselves, they texted to ask if their recommended substitution was acceptable. End result, the roses were beautiful and the recipient is delighted. She has asked for their contact because she will order from them. Great service!!!

GBLIARS, DO NOT TRUST On 11-12-23, I wrote a review about the awful experience I had with this company: they did not deliver flowers on time for my mother's funeral in Dorado, Puerto Rico. The following day, someone (he/she simply signed "abcFlora") replied offering endless apologies and excuses for the lack of service (see their reply in my earlier review). They further stated that a full refund would be issued. Liars, it never happened! I had PayPal intervene to get the refund and on 12-8-23 it was rejected because abcFloral told them the order was fulfilled (yeah, AFTER the funeral took place!). This company does not care and will write anything on social media to appear trustworthy! Do not trust them.

CAI recently ordered two bouquets to be… I recently ordered two bouquets to be delivered on the 8th for mother's Day, one did indeed show up then but the other showed up on the 4th which is incredibly early. Would of been good to at least get an email or something indicating it would be coming so much earlier/not the day I chose to ensure the recipient is home. The flowers themselves have been fresh and beautiful though!

GBUS ordering, Mexico delivery I am in the US and wasn’t exactly sure how to enter everything for delivery in Mexico. Nicolas followed up and made sure he got the flowers delivered. And then Followed up to let me know they were delivered. Excellent customer service and the recipient said the flowers were beautiful!
