Sending flowers from US to Norway I recently placed an order for birthday flowers for a friend in Norway. Shortly after, I received an email saying the tulips that I requested might be out of season and could they substitute with a fresh, colorful bouquet. I said yes and waited nervously for the results. Happily, the flower arrived a day early and my friend was overjoyed with them. She sent a picture and they were indeed very beautiful. Job well done!

Amazing, customer-dedicated service I wanted to deliver flowers to my niece in Mexico City from France. I didn't know she would be leaving and would not be there for the delivery. Extremely Unreliable I needed to send flowers to Dorado, Puerto Rico for my mother's funeraI scheduled on November 11, 2023 at 10:0AM. I placed (and paid) for the order on November 6, 2023 for delivery on November 10, 2023. The flowers DID NOT arrive on the 10th. as requested. After many emails (no phone contact available) to abc Floral, they were delivered the FOLLOWING DAY at 3:45PM. The woman who delivered the flowers to the house, told my sister that her shop had barely received the order that afternoon. Hence, based on these facts, I will never place an order for anything from this company and do not recommend them to anyone. Extremely unreliable.

US ordering, Mexico delivery I am in the US and wasn’t exactly sure how to enter everything for delivery in Mexico. Nicolas followed up and made sure he got the flowers delivered. And then Followed up to let me know they were delivered. Excellent customer service and the recipient said the flowers were beautiful!
