Order problems....not with this company, they are on top of everything We ran into a problem with our order when we inquired about the delivery because we still had not received it and your support immediately had a new order expedited and sent to us as this was for our daughter's wedding. They were excellent, we have used the knot for all of our daughter's weddings and will continue as needed. Thank you again.

Amazing Products and Services Everything I ordered from the wedding invitations to the gifts for the wedding party, I was extremely impressed. The gifts were reasonably priced and our wedding party loved them. The customer service team made sure everything was correct before sending my printed orders out. Poor Printing Quality and Customer Service They told me they would send me an email with proof. Did not. The entire order showed up in terrible quality. Refuse to admit they were wrong or compensate me. Specifically the custom playing cards

Personalized Wedding shot glasses Easy online ordering, production time and delivery were good! I ordered 200 personalized shot glasses and only "one" glass was broken upon delivery. Not bad in my opinion. ** The only improvement/ concern was the shipping through FedEx wasn't tracking. It kept saying to check back.
