Now this is customer service at its finest. I don’t buy many things online, but this really was a easy way to get a gift to someone that I could not see on their birthday. And then when this person lost their gift card, givearang was so helpful with getting it replaced. Who does that anymore?

I purchased a $100 card & later found… I purchased a $100 card & later found out from the recipient that they wouldn’t be able to receive the card in their vacation home mailbox ( no access). Anyway I immediately emailed the Company and they offered to cancel that card and reissue at a better address. The whole process of ordering.. getting updates on the status of the delivery and the cancellation.. reissue and communication was handled beyond expected. I would definitely recommend this company as it also supports the many terrific businesses in North Myrtle Beach !!

selling gift cards without my permission Giverrang listed my business as one that customers may purchase a gift card to use for my services. They never contacted me to ask if they could do this. I am modifying my earlier review from 1-3 stars since they removed my site from theirs after I contacted them.

This is the perfect gift This is the perfect gift for our daughter who lives just next to one of the highlighted businesses. We didn't receive the electronic card immediately so I followed up with customer service. They responded quickly and took care of everything. Great service !
